UK National Objective and Manchuria TripleA bug?

I'm playing a game of TripleA in the League and UK just captured Manchuria. It is now an "Allied" territory that was originally controlled by Japan. Should UK receive the 5 IPC bonus for this?

Manchuria is Chinese, so it doesn't count for the bonus.
