i typed the NC move in advance of combat, that's why the fighter from bur went to rus.  i was shuffling fighters around and must have mistakenly thought there were 2 fighters originating in z49 and 9 in bur.

let me know what you want to do obg, i'm just telling you what was intended.  what the map shows is what i intended from the very beginning, to have one fighter from burma free to noncom to russia.  i doubt there could have been much utility in leaving a fighter free in z49 since it couldn't get nearly as many places as the one from burma.  however, i did make a typing error so it is your right to ask me to noncom the fighter from z49, just let me know.
