The Victory.  British gunners were trained to shoot 2 shots for every 1 shot the enemy could.  That's pretty much doubling your firepower.

Yea British sailors are the best of that age.

Perhaps only French had good crews.

Spain had some of the worst.

In this comparison you really got to qualify the crew, since everything was so low tech.

The French had some 130 gun ships...HMS Orient?
