The ��� fighter in SZ 60 would have landed in Japan after the American sub sunk the Carrier. On the AABattlemap it is just floating over the ocean. I'll fix it on Japan's turn or you can do it this turn.

Landing on a nearby friendly territory after a carrier is destroyed is on page 27 of the manual, under the description of fighters. I had to look it up a few weeks ago.

Strategic bombing: you rolled two 6 sided dice (one for each bomber). You rolled a 5 and a 4 for a total of $9 IPC damage to the Germany factory. At the beginning of my turn, I must pay this $9 (or some portion of it), otherwise my production will now be limited to (10 - 9 = 1) unit a turn from Germany. If I pay the money then I can use the factory as normal.
