Ryan draws Germany, so yes we will wait for you.
Noll draws Japan.

Axisplaya (might need a name change) draws UK/ANZAC/French
Corrigan draws commies and capitalists.

Ryan -- you're up!

Very funny.  Ok I will explain.

It's actually very simple.  I assign each of the 4 sides to a result of 1 thru 4.

course, I need to decide who gets to roll first, that's what the 50 tank shots are all about.

so i determine the sequence based on most tanks hitting, then

you rolled 5 first ( I ignore this) then you rolled 4 - 4 = UK/ANZAC/French, so you've drawn your side.
then I go to Ryan's rolls - his first roll was a 5, I ingore that result, 2nd roll was a 1, 1= Germany/Italy
then Noll, he rolled a 3 - that gets Japan

and then I'm left with the last side that hasn't been taken.

If UK fall turn 3, that leaves me with India and Anzac to play, while all they have to do is following US moves.
What about : i play UK and Russia, you play US, Anzac, China and French ?
That leaves something interesting to play to both of us whatever happens on the board.
What do you think ?

I would suggest to give USA+UK+China to the same player and Anzac+France+Russia to the other one.

That would help with the turn order.
