Buy for italy/africa. Pacific stuff stays pacific. Even if it gets sunk, that's a bunch of air away from china/india giving them much needed time. Even if germany goes barborossa instead you can keep italians from teaming up on russia with germany.

USA 2-3 beyond depend. If you are already at war... it is because japan did pearl harbor. Depending on what is left there and your odds of winning... still position air to land london.

I feel london alive and well makes a favorable game for allies.

Only bombers can reach London from US in one round, and that's not going to be a big help to stop sealion...

If Sealion is the plan, Japan will usually no be stupid enough to trigger US into war before UK has been taken.

Japan doesn't have to do pearl harbour to bring the U.S. into the war. If they make an unprovoked decleration of war against U.K. or anzac, invades FIC, or invades D.E.I.

Actually, if Japan invades FIC, it only costs them the $10 NO for peaceful relations with the United States.  It doesn't bring the US into the war. 

All those other things do however.  Also, if any territory in North America gets taken by the Axis, US can declare war.  Basically this means Canadian territories.
