The way dogfights are handled now (defenders @1) makes it really tough to deter SBR even if you do buy fighters when capitols aren't otherwise in danger.

This is only my second game with the new rules, and in both cases, SBR has been used. I think it is actually a crucial tactic for the Axis now. The Allies really will not get much of a chance to do it until later, and by that point, not sure if it matters as much. Early stages, the Axis have the advantage with airpower... pretty much just have to hope your aa fire is lethal!  Otherwise, you are spending a lot on repair work.

OK, things are looking pretty sketchy to me. This round is very, very tough to figure out what is the best thing to do. So many options. Feel like got go after it a bit.... so, here we go.
