If you want to move France after Italy and proceed to Germany, go ahead.  Italy's moves will have no bearing on France's moves, which are:

I realize that I forgot to spell out that ANZAC also declared war on Japan, as if Japan did not already know that....

Doubt that this made any difference to Italy's move.  But if it did, go ahead an change.

Nah, I assumed it when UK declared war and I saw the NO's. 

Japan is pretty shocked.  Thought peace was near with the fall of China imminent.  Will not take kindly to this greedy and unprovoked agression...

Will get to Germany tonight.
