Can planes fly over enemy units without fighting them?

  • My friends and I who play A&A have debated whether planes can fly over enemy units that have no antiaircraft guns. For example, if UK attacks Kwangtung with 2 INF in TRN and the fighter from India, can the fighter fly over the Japanese units in French Indochina-Burma, and then fly over them again to land back in India?
Also, can Germany attack the Canadian TRN on G1 with the fighter from Western Europe whether or not it uses other units to attack the UK fleet around Britian? Since attacks have to be simultaneous and the WE fighter has to fly past British waters to get to the Canadian TRN, is this allowed?

  • Yep,thats right. 8)
