Need help getting ��� Tac-Bombers

Anyone know how to get more Japanese Tac-Bombers from wizards of the coast, I can't find an address.

i went through this i got a battlestrip anyway I told them repeatively it wasn't something i needed but i got another one, they did send me 9 more tac bombers 6 that were missing and 3 more to say sorry
