I know, I was just chatting by PM with kcdzim this afternoon about g40.  It's alluring, and it's new, but Larry can't figure out what the rules will be, and the game takes so much effort and time to play.  I got overwhelmed trying to do 4 turns in a row, of which UK and US are two. 

IMO ANZAC shouldn't be a separate power, for one thing.  Just add them to the UK (and make their armies and territories worth a little less).  Should help balance the game a bit.....  Just my 2 cents.

You beat Hobo?  All I know is he made quick work of me with a machine-like KGF and flawless strat bombing.  If somebody goes all out after you with an SBR campaign and you never shoot anything down, I don't know if a guy can ever win...  I didn't have any desire to play him again - it felt like playing chess against a computer, except that the computer was getting good dice too!
