Can the allies make an amphibious assalt in Corsica or Sardinia?
I mean, are they islands such as Creta or Malta?

                                                                                Thanks.

In looking at the map, I see no reason why the Allies coudn't amphibiously assault those islands.

It could be useful to do an amphibious assault in Sardinia and put in there the german land units, in order to prevent from an stuka attack from Italy. On board, land units are cargo and can't defend, in land they do.

If the island has a name, it's a single territory.
