Great!!! Now all Larry's got me thinking is about Alpha +3. Cheesy

Everybody seems to be in agreement with the Mexican Shuffle (US NO swap for NAfrican NO) except Kreighund according to posts. Seems like a done deal already with Larry...

Also to help Axis a little we need to...

1. Make the Russian-Moscow IC a minor until at war with Euro-Axis- whenever an attack would occur. (Japanese intervention would NOT effect this). That means that Russia can only produce 9 units at a time until at war with Euro Axis.

2. Also slide about 5 infantry bask East- put those 5 infantry next to Finland in Novosbirsk and Kazakastan- make Russia use a few turns to move them up West.

These two changes make up the Russian Electric Slide and along with the Mexican Shuffle will be all the changes needed to help Axis and balance the game for the better. No setup changes, no adding units, no dirty mess.

Romanian IC???- no way, Larry killed that in Alpha +2- its too much overkill and retricts options to Axis always doing Barbarossa. All Germany does G1 is upgrade, build and steamroll Russia- too much- bad idea IMHO

Indeed, this would push the game in a certain direction...
