Does anyone know where to get a product similar to what A&A use for their roundels and charts? I know you can get cardstock but can you get a product that matches the stiff & sturdy cardboard?

You can probably purchase some at a printing shop.

Do you mean to purchase the product from them or get the entire job processed at the printer?

This is what you do. Print it on card stock then use spray adhesive and glue three or four more blank sheets on the back of what you printed out on. Then use a heavy duty utility knife and straight edge to cut them out or find some sort of a hole punch for roundals. I've never done roundals but this method works great for setup, production charts or battle boards. Can make them as thick as you want I guess, and once you cut around the edges with a knife, the result looks very nice and very sturdy.
