Most likely yes. It's in testing and refinement at the moment. I've seen the setup gone through a dozen itterations in FMG's games bunker in recent weeks.
So I imagine it will be "finish internal testing, run blind testing, refine, run blind testing, hope it's ready, publish". That could easily take a year +/- so to have it out by 2014 is realistic.
