Ruling Gi amphib assault on Normandy

Can Germany Clear SZ's 110 and 112 then amphib assault Normandy w/ transport, Inf and Arty from Germany on G1??

If they can load forces up and drop them off in a sea zone within their range that isnt enemy occupied than of course.

the transport can't land, cause at sz near norway 2 cruisers are blocking it. all attacks need to occur simultaneously, so you can't first clear the seazone and then land.

Yea, i made the assumption that the germans used the navy to knock out the cruisers than air-force to kill destroyer/battleship in the adjacent sea-zone.

It can't be done.  All combat moves must be completed before any combat occurs (except for unloading transports for an amphibious assault in a hostile sea zone).  The transport cannot reach sea zone 110 due to the enemy ships in sea zone 112.
