can the british boats from sz93 move 3 spaces to sz98, since england/allies do not control the naval station in southern france? i was thinking that to get the benefit of the naval station (i.e., to be able to move 3 spaces) you had to have control of the naval station...

  So true, of course they can't move 3 spaces. Here how I suggest to redo UK turn, tell me if it's ok with you. No change of Anzac.
