Anyone think it would be a good idea for the US to put a minor IC in the Philippines turn 1 if they aren't going KGF? An IC in the Philippines early would give the US options once war was declared. If Japan removes the threat early, then the US gets their war bonus early, and if they wait, then the US can have a navy sitting within range of landing troops to liberate China, the DEI, or even Japan itself.

Thoughts?
