No, I think this is a stalemate.  I'll be eventually pushed off the continents but I don't see you getting any more VCs for the win

so i never even knew which cities were VC in this game.  i took a look and i see i'm up 11-8, Usa can make it 10-9 by taking shanghai.
i think the bigger stat is being up 4-2 in capitol cities. Yes i think i can take manchuria back and keep you off the mainland for awhile, but it will take alot for me to sink a fleet and get another capitol or VC
so i dunno what ya wanna do. This game has been awesome, but at some point we need to end it.
