Aleutian Islands

We were wondering if the Aleutian Islands were accessible by just walking down from Alaska or did you need a transport to get to them.

You need a transport.  The only time you can cross water without one is when the water is either a canal or splits a territory, such as Turkey.

Didn't you say somewhere the Ireland could be walked to without transport from the UK?  I thought I remembered something about somewhere.

Yes.  The Scotland territory's roundel crosses the water, making Northern Ireland part of that territory.

You know, it's bad enough that they called the space United Kingdom when it should have been England....but can you explain to me how someone can walk from Ireland to Scotland?

Strategically insignifigant, but it still sours me on the way this game was put together.

Or between the Aleutians.  Or the Solomans.  Or the Carolines, Phillippines, Japan, New Zealand, West Indies, etc etc etc.

If it makes no difference to gameplay and it doesn't, unless you feel it's necessary to invade Ireland, which is worth nothing, then it really really really doesn't matter.  It should have been named better.  but otherwise, boohoo.
