Quick question, Calvin; Are those Risk pieces you used for the neutrals?

Yes. I used Yellow for pro-allied neutrals that would likely be activated by UK(if not taken by Germany or Italy), green for Brazil, which would likely become American, grey for pro-axis ones, all of which would become German or Italian. I used white for true neutrals with 4 or more inf and red for ones with 1 or 2 inf

So this is a LH approved setup change? And since it's Alpha is this like the big one? I can't keep up with all these setup changes. Every time I come on here there's one or 2 new changes lol
