Anzac capital ships are great if you can afford them, but priority for ground troops, transports and fighters! Anzac fighters are great for defending island, supporting Calcutta, China and even Moscow!

please clarify… if the US liberates the UK on there turn (7) and the round ends…when the UK goes on turn-4 next round do they get to have there ipc’s to spend? (wherever they are at on the chart) so they can purchase units that turn…or do they have to wait till another round ends. scenario-2 …when germany liberates there own capital on there turn …when its time to collect income that same turn do they get there money?or do they have to wait till the rounds ends?and if so when the next rounds starts (turn-1) do they get money to spend?

If the US liberates the UK, the UK will not have collected any money that turn. Therefore the UK will have nothing to spend on their next turn: so they cannot buy. They must wait until the following turn, by which time they will have collected.
If Germany retakes Berlin on their own turn, then they will collect money aftert they are finished (because they have their capital). They DO NOT take money back from UK or Russia or whoever had taken Berlin before though.

Yes, they have to take it back, collect their income and then wait till next turn to spend it.
(Providing the Germans don’t take it again before their next turn.)
