Anyone else find that had just barely enough cruisers to set up the game?

UK starts with 3 cruisers on the board. There should be 4

Sorry, there are 4. However, Germany will kill 1 or 2 of them off on the 1st turn. if you run out, use some from the Pacific game

The starting cruisers won't survive long anyway, so it doesn't matter that much
