hi all,

in our last game (friday night), my transport left from a naval base, moved 2 spaces, picked up an infantry (from a territory w/o a naval base) and moved it's last space and unloaded. my opponents claimed i couldn't do this because i didn't load the inf from the original territory, and it was like going to port twice. i believe i can make this move, that's the whole point of naval bases.
