Crusades ended around 1300, Napoleonic Era started around 1800. The eras in between include but are not limited to:
Colonial Era!
Scientific Revolution!
Enlightenment!

Some possibilities:

The Hundred Years' War (1337 to 1453), including the  Battle of Agincourt (25 October 1415)

The Japanese invasions of Korea (1592–1598)

The English Civil War (1642–1651)

Some major battles at sea:

The Battle of Lepanto (7 October 1571)

Britain versus the Spanish Armada (1588)

There were hundreds of wars and thousands of major battles fought between these periods, and thats just in Europe. You cant name them all.
