Okay, how do you adjust the national production chart for Indians-Australains if the Indians and Australians launch a combined attack on a single territory? Also, which country (India or Australia) would take control of the country?

You must decide which country you want to gain the territory you've just captured, I believe.

If the Indo-Aussie player attacks and takes French-indo china and/or Siam, those IPC from the country go to the india player.  If a china/america force takes french-indo china and/or siam, that player chooses who gets the ipcs.

Manchuria, korea, shantang(?) are three countries that were owned by china.  if any ally takes them, china gets them no matter what.  the rest of the places ( the few islands left), its up to you who takes them.

Historically, Korea was owned by Russia until the Russo-Japanese War of 1904, which marked the first time in modern history that an Asian power defeated a European one. Korea should go the whoever the player picks, IMO.

I doubt that any Allied player (save China) will be able to take it before the war is over.
