I’m courious why that when games such as Pacific 40 games get more and more detailed etc, that makers don’t include attack helos. Is there something about that type of unit that wouldn’t work with an AA game? Thoughts?
-
You do know that the Germans had the Focke Achgelis FW-61 ready to operate in 1936, right ? Butt as usual Hitler wanted bombers, not helos, so everybody just build bombers. Butt my point is, the Germans could have attack-helos operational from 1936, if they wanted to. So I figure helos could be an optional Tech. Right ?

Germany had them, but they would never make them in any quantity that could be represented in AA. Each fighter represents some 2,000+ front line aircraft

I guess that answers the question. I didn’t know helos were not around back then.

Maybe they could throw in some stealth fighters and bombers too :-D
