Djensen,

Is there any way you could tell me how much space this forum's database takes up on your server? The reason I ask is becuase I'm considering implementing one in my website, and I need to estimate how much space I should allot for it. Even an educated guess would be appreciated... Tongue

P.S.: Am I correct in assuming it's MySQL?

As of this morning the database is taking up 78919787 bytes. That would be 75MB. That is for a medium amount of posting and not purging any messages.

There are several bulletin board forum software packages out there. I just happen to use phpBB. Most all of them support the popular free DBs such as MySql and Postgresql. Postgresql is supior to MySql because it supports stored functions and transaction rollbacks.
