It's great when you have these Heavy Bombers, but what is correct and nice game play when you attack with a bomber..?

Do you roll one bomber at a time ( two dice ) or do you roll all the dice at once to save time and pair up the dice to determin the hit/s ( if you had three bombers, 6 dice ).

I think both ways is fine, however, I suppose that if you had lots of tanks and fighters in a battle, you roll them together as they value the same dice roll when attacking of 3 ( and speeds up game play on battles ).

What do you think to this simple question...?!

Just roll them all at once.  As long as you use different colors for different attack powers (ie all 1's roll white, all 2's roll red, all 3's roll blue and all 4's roll yellow or something) or you just roll for each attack power separately, you are fine.  No need to roll each individual bomber since all the hits total up at the end anyway.
