yes, NO and tech, won once against botider, 2 mr morden, and i think 1 against bigdog. lost 1 against bigdog when russia got mech inf and uk heavy bombers.

Yes, numerous times.  However, they all require Germany to be ultra aggressive in round 1, otherwise, Russia's got way too many men to over come.
