    The take to the skies/seas in Phase 6
    They land on your next turn in Phase 2
    And then on the same turn they can move and fight in Phases 3 and 4

    Am I correct?

    Yes, you’ve got it.  They can move and fight on the same turn that they land, but not on the same turn that they take off.  Establishing a CAP takes a fighter’s entire move for the turn.

    Correct.  A fighter may not take any other action on the turn that it establishes CAP.

    Also correct.  A fighter may function normally on the turn that it lands from CAP.  Of course, if it plans on establishing CAP again on that same turn, it may not do anything else.
