Macross 1/48 VF-1S Roy Focker Valkyrie

It was just re-released in an improved form!  The pack doesn't fall down like it used too, and now the cockpit shows Roy inside but also has a blast shield you can replace it with so you just see the skull when in guardian/robot mode.

<drool>

Just wish it wasn't $150-200. Sad

That's neat.  Yamato did a meticulous paintjob; it almost looks handpainted.  All the detail on the lights, hatches, radome is there too.

I have a VF-1S too, same scale, but it doesn't transform.  Also, the fingertips aren't articulated, meaning you had to swap hands whenever you want to hold the gun.  On the flip side, my VF-1S does include extra weapons, armor, and rocket boosters.

It only cost $20 too.

Hi, I got a toy that gives me and my friends great pleasure. I could post a pic, but then I guess IL would delete it, and delete my post, and ban me from the forum. But anyway, this toy is better than the RC tank, and even slightly better than Jenny's plane. This might be the best toy ever. And you could use it too. But I can't tell about it in this forum. Too sad.

I think I know what you are talking about.  Did you get it in glow in the dark or neon green?

Top three toys of all time.

#1 The stick. Every yard has sticks and they can be used for anything.

#2 G.I Joe (3 1/2 action figure)
G.I Joe and Cobra action figures were my favorite toys growing up.

#3 Ninja Turtles

I'm looking for Lego, Rubic's cube, and the collected works of Sid Meier.

my favorite toys as a child were:

Fort Apache by marx

Battleground by marx

also they made this giant building that moved back and forth to simulate an earthquake and even came with a record to play in the backgroung which had the official "earthquake theme song" i think it came out in 1972

also they had this "guns of Navorone" playset complete with 3 gun turrets.

I saw that Tiger before when I was looking for R/C tanks for my boys. They ended up with a set of 1/16 Airsoft Panthers. Very cool. My favorite toys we have right now would have to be our 1/32 slot car track. When we set the whole thing up it's over 100 feet long. It takes up a lot of floor space to say the least.
