Expanded rule book

all right i'll admit it i'm cheap, poor college student. but does anyone know were i can find the Expanded rule book for free online? or am i going to have to go out and buy it?

Just be aware they are optional, and not what I'd call generally accepted. Bit as long as you know who you are playing against and they are cool with it then you are fine.
