I'm starting my own minature game based off of modern battlegrounds. (Iraq, Afganistan, etc.)

What would be some good stats for the following:

M4a1 carbine
M16a4
SAW249
M14DMR sniper
...and other weapons used by America, Britain, Canada and other allies

Also I need unit names for terrorists, and stats.

Please put in your input if you read.

 Is this based off A&A minatures? one guy is a squad, hexes for movement?

well they arn't "exactly minis" since i was low on things to use i used peices from an old axis and allies game that didnt come with all the units. I ll getthe rules and stuff up for it soon, i hope.
