1. attack one place more than once on a turn?

2. attack more than one place on a turn...ie bomb one country then bomb another ect

so tanks or infantry can attack more than once per turn but planes can not?

All units can be used for only 1 battle per turn.

However, they can fight as many rounds of combat as needed in that battle in that one territory or sea zone.
