I lost the set up cards for Japan, Great Britain and Germany!!!! Please please someone help me out, I'm dying to play it right again!!!!!!

Man, I used to play classic so much that I didn't even need the set up cards anymore.
Now I've been playing Revised on line only so it is done for me. grin
