Tried to EDIT the Russian income but it didn't work- I think you have to edit at the beginning.  Anyway, my income should be 24.  V said an update is coming real soon- he's working right now to fix the convoy and SBR system as they are not up to date with Alpha3 Final.

BTW- meant to tell you I use the EDIT function b/c I forgot an NCM of an AA gun- harmless really but just so you know.
