Why are you mixing metric weight with imperial volume? And does the answer have to include the calories lost from chewing and/or processing the water or just from the heat required to melt the ice?

huh ... Uh yeah what he said.  huh

It's not that hard to understand.  Each state has a 'highest point'.  Which state has the lowest of those 50?

Seems to me I've heard this before, but can't remember the answer, so I'll guess:  Florida?

Thanks for the clearification.  For what ever reason I couldn't wrap my head around that.

Hmmm...  I'm going to guess the state of Louisiana.

No, I mean the lowest high point of all the states.

Even if I wanted to cheat with google I don't know what I would need to type to get an answer like that.

Normally you could ask the highest or the lowest but this is like asking it "whats the extra medium?"   cheesy

Emperor_Taiki,

What is this project you are doing for? (History, Economics, Political Science).

I agree with you about the UN but lets not turn this into a PD.

I would have to go with Germany with out knowing any variables.

For example how many players there are, level of experiance yada, yada, yada.

Germany is my fave any way but if I have a good co-pilot I may choose an Allied player.

(FYI: This is my 1,000th post  grin.  I'm not a sub any more.)

I figured this technology was always out there.  I can't get into a snorkal lift and have any of the buttons work until the magnet on the gate is satisfied its closed.

I just thought the states needed the seat-belt ticket revenue.

Mr Toad,

I liked your geography question and had I logged in earlier I would have had it right.

A return question

Which state has the lowest highest point?

You mean the lowest elevation?  That would be Death Valley in California.

220  Axis & Allies / 1941 Scenario / Re: IC in Norway for Germany? on: December 12, 2008, 05:20:22 am
If you are hell bent on putting an IC in Norway as Germany you have to:

1) Have a strong Baltic fleet.  This is so you can "Land Bridge" from Berlin to Norway. With 5 transports you can move an additional 10 INF every turn.

2) Now you can't move into Russia via the southern route because you are sending you units north. I'm sure someone will want to debate this but the fact of the game is stacks win wars. One small stack in the South and another in the North is just waiting to be widdled down by the allies and a nightmare for German logistics since you have to pick and choose what front needs them more.

3) Normally I would put the German Luft Waffe in France to watch over the Atlantic, with this method you should leave them in Berlin.  They can still reach France but can now also reach Norway and any advancing Allied fleet moving to the Baltic Fleet.  Plus your Capital is beefed up.

4) Italy may be on their own for a wile until Germany can spare some units when they feel the IC is safe.

221  Axis & Allies / Axis & Allies Anniversary Edition / Re: Which nation could be played by a 8 year old? on: December 12, 2008, 04:51:09 am
Well it isn't that bad she lets me go off for the weekend and play as long as it's not every weekend.

She bought me AA50 as an early Christmas present.  She also decided that since shipping was like $10 - $15 but would be free if she spent over $100 she also got me AAP.

That and she loves video games so were on the same page there.  smiley

I think my little one learned to play from his mother.  The Godzilla method closely resembles her approach to the game.   evil

Well that isn't 100% correct she also enjoys the GI Joe method where you make shooting sounds and then flick the infantry units off of the table wile making them die in a loud, grotesque military manner.

Every time she does that I die a little inside.  cry

CPT Jack,

Sorry about the spelling / renaming of your town / village / city.

I live an hour north of Syracuse in Watertown so I am about 3 1/2 hours from Buffalo.
