You can draw boxes or i can make decals you stick on the map you have. Which do you prefer?

There are a few discrepancies between the 1939 map with set ups and player set up charts in the 1939 rules.

1.  France listed w 6 infantry set up charts:  4 on map
2.  UK shows only Factory in Canada and Australia on 1939 set up charts:  map adds factory in UK and India.

There may be more, this is the most obvious.  I assume the map is correct.  are there updated set ups?  The one I'm refering to is on the download dated 3-08. http://home.exetel.com.au/cometo/aarhe/

Also, on the 1939 map, the UK starts with a factory in India.  This gives UK 4 factories.  Should the UK have a factory in India, particularly in 1939?  Did India have such capability in producting ships, planes, armor etc that early?  I'd rather see UK required to build one.

Why do you assume Germany is losing IPC?

you could just make a sticker and make Germany at 20 IPC and boost the difference as lend lease to USSR the the net change is the same. More pieces=more fun.

I need to make the card better needs a border and more than the 3 minutes of work i put in it.

I have not because it would look cheesy and its not too hard to just place control markers in them.

I suppose i can make convoy boxes on the map.

Shore Bombardment is a joke. They should get rid of it or just allow them to "boost" +1 the landing infantry (in addition to artillery) or just make the bombard like the AA gun.

Under no record has any supporting fire from offshore warships resulted in the enemy losing anything remotely approaching what would be the equivalent of one piece (roughly an army).

It only acted like heavy artillery to reshape the battlefield a bit. It didn't destroy entire companies, battalions, divisions, corps or armies like a nuclear weapon. The whole affair only promotes cheesy tricks of constantly landing a few men and getting multiple shore shots as a tactic. It should all go.
