However, WWIIv4 - has several map differences from the 1942 map.  Ie. Kenya as opposed to Rhodesia in Africa with different maps lines.

Several Triple A questions:

• Which version is Spring 1942?  OP says WWIIv2 Revised = Spring 1942, somebody else says WWIIv4
• Using WWIIv4, I can't seem to use transports.  When clicking inf/art/tanks it says "land units cannot both load and unload on the same turn" what gives?
• I can't figure out how to perform bombardments on ICs

New to the boards: Looking for a PBEM AA42 game.  I am new to the whole PBEM, so I don't really get all the specialized rules/maps/dicey used, so some patience needed.  I do consider myself a very strong player though - so this should be fun.

Hi all, I am a long time 1984 player new to these boards.  I finally broke down and bought AA42 and love it. 

Looking to PBEM, but have not the first clue how this works or how to find players.  My grandfather was a big play by mail (actual mail) chess player and I like the idea of playing more often than my usual local gang can get together. 

A few questions:

• I am wondering if most people play 1v1 or get together for full five player games.
• Do people set up boards at their own homes, or use online software?
• How are dice rolls handled?  I've looked around a bit and see you use rollers on these forums
