As Japan, do we get China's IPC if we acquire the territory(which means 12 extra after all captured)?

I have two questions after playing the game with my friend last night.

1. While Moscow is caputred but the Novosibisk is not, is Russia still able to place two infantry units in Novosibirsk in its turn?

2. The situation is this: British took over one of the friendly neutral territoy. Couple arounds after, London was captured by German. Does British still own the control of that friendly neutral territory? Or US can take over from British and gain the OC from that territory?

Hi All

Regarding the Amphibious Assult, does the transport(with land units) has to be accompanied by a warship? Or the transport can start the assult on its own when there is no enemy's warship in the sea zone?

Also, if requiring a warship, does the warship has to be either Cruiser or battleship? Can we use Destroyer or Submarine as the warship when attacking the coast?

I am new to the game, have a quick question. Can we MOVE new purcahsed units in Mobilize New Unit Phase? I mean can we move those new purcahsed units from IC to other territories?
