Yes they can, the moment a russian territorry is attacked bordering mongolia (unless Russia attacked a japanese controlled territorry bordering mongolia), all the mongolian territorries are converted to russian territorries instantly and the infrantries are placed. After that they are threated as soviet troops as any other soviet troops that are on the board

I don't think the Allies can stop me in Europe.  Germany will also take Stalingrad via mechs (though the Soviets could possibly reclaim it for a round).
yeah I'm done for in Europe. I lost this game. All pointers are welcome offcourse Cheesy but I never get Russia right.. This is about the first time I cud have kept the japanese a little bit away from Russia but even it is still hard.. And I'm never quick enough with the western allies to intervene..

damned got screwed again.. even I stacked Russia, I can't hold off the germans and it seems like the western allies can't intervene quick enough to relieve pressure of them..

Yeah I read through the whole thread but there are so many different scenarios.. you gotta invest a lot in the pacific to keep the japanese out of range of russia and letting the brits deal alone with germany and italy in the meds is simply brutal Cheesy

it would be easier if the US gets another 20IPC's extra to spend xD
