"Need" is an interesting question. 

Who are you playing against?  If you are playing against long-time players then you very well may want to get some old stuff.

If you are and your freinds are all new to the game, then you can play with the the two larger-scale sets just fine.

How big is your InBox?  Its a little more more than a single line change to make a new module, but definately doable.  I'll walk you through it.

Yes, its the North Africa units, plus some tweaks on some exsting units, and the official scenarios, that are open to work on.

I have no problem passing the whole kit to you for a while.  Maybe that's the best way to do it.  As any person gets free time and energy to work on it, we just pass the thing to them.

Because DK had done such a great job on the 1.11 version, and seemed to have a more flexible schedule, I had asked him if he'd like to take over maintenence of the AAM modules.  He has since seemingly become very busy though, so I don't if I or someone else should/would pick up that ball?

I cleaned up the scenario description a bit.  So far its pretty fun, but I'd like to see more games played to decide if its balanced appropriately.

The only Axis power in the game is Germany.  Just like classic A&A, the Germans essentially controlled the combined German, Italian, and other minor country armies.

Sorry...actually I whacked my back last week and have been having a hard time getting around.  Not a good time to move boxes and fetch bins overhead.  I'm doing better, probably be able to take those pics this weekend with a little luck
